Are you and your favorite person looking to stay safe together? Whether at home or out and about, it’s important to have a safety plan the two of you can execute in the event that you find yourselves in a dangerous situation.

In this 4-hour seminar, taught by co-owners Vanessa Swesnik (former LEO and Krav Maga brown belt) and Eddy Rivas (Krav Maga black belt), we’ll cover co-operative self defense strategies and concepts, including 2-on-1 de-escalation, takedowns, and control. All of these tools will be practical, and able for you to drill at home or outside of our location.

• Workshopping a personal defense plan that works for you
